We’re building AI agents that can think like analysts, build investment memos, and match founders to capital based on real signals—not cold emails.You’ll work alongside the AI to refine how we underwrite and present early-stage companies. Your job is to bridge high-context insight with scalable automation.
You’ll:
- Evaluate early-stage startups across venture & private credit
- Interview founders (AI + human-assisted) and structure narratives
- Create and refine investment memos with the help of LLM agents
- Work with the product team to train and improve decision models
- Help manage and grow investor relationships and matching logic
Ideal background:
- 1–3 years in venture capital, investment banking, or family office deal teams
- Comfortable writing investment memos and building narratives
- Curiosity in AI, automation, and private market workflows
- Strong first-principles thinker with clear writing and pattern recognition
