Founding Engineer – AI Infrastructure

At Point7 Capital, we’re building AI-native infrastructure for private markets—from sourcing deals to creating investor-grade memos. Our agents act like analysts, IR associates, and partners rolled into one operating system.

We’re looking for a founding engineer who can ship fast and scale responsibly. You'll work directly with the founding team to build intelligent agents using LLMs, scraping pipelines, investment data integrations, and reinforcement learning loops.

You’ll build:

• A distributed system of autonomous agents that support capital allocators
• Infrastructure for sourcing and evaluating early-stage companies
• Interfaces that mimic an analyst, not a spreadsheet

You might be a fit if:

• You’ve built AI tools using OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, etc.
• You’re comfortable across the stack, especially Python + Node + React
• You’ve worked in fintech, VC, or any system of intelligence
• You enjoy building 0→1 products with strong feedback loops

Bonus: experience integrating investment data sources (Crunchbase, PitchBook, Preqin), or building on vector DBs or AI infra.
